Cancellation Policy

Services

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hi@unicuebox.com.

  • Once service delivery or provisioning has commenced, cancellation does not entitle a refund.

Subscriptions / IaaS / SaaS / Managed Services

  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the billing period unless explicitly agreed in written contracts.

Non-Payment & Auto-Termination

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent termination of services

  • Data or service access loss as per vendor and platform policies.

Unicuebox shall not be liable for data loss resulting from suspension due to non-payment.
