Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hi@unicuebox.com.

Once service delivery or provisioning has commenced, cancellation does not entitle a refund.
Subscriptions / IaaS / SaaS / Managed Services

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the billing period unless explicitly agreed in written contracts.
Non-Payment & Auto-Termination
Failure to make timely payments may result in:

Temporary suspension
-
Permanent termination of services
-
Data or service access loss as per vendor and platform policies.
Unicuebox shall not be liable for data loss resulting from suspension due to non-payment.
