Welcome

At Unicuebox, refunds are handled according to service nature:

Professional / Managed / Consulting Services

Once service delivery begins, fees are non-refundable.

Time & Material or subscription services are non-refundable after activation.

SaaS / Subscription Software & Licensing

SaaS subscriptions or third-party product licenses delivered through Unicuebox are non-refundable once provisioned.

Cloud / IaaS / PaaS Services

Cloud infrastructure, PaaS, hosting, SMS services, and other platform services are non-refundable after activation.

Hardware (If Sold)

Returns and replacements are subject to respective manufacturer/OEM warranty and their applicable policies.

Exceptional Refunds

Approved exceptional refunds (if any) will be processed within 25–30 business days to the original payment method.

Digital & Regulated Services

Due to the nature of digital and regulated services such as cloud infrastructure, SMS services, domain registration, hosting, and software licensing:

  • No refunds shall be issued once such services are activated, provisioned, or consumed.

  • Failed delivery caused by regulatory restrictions, customer configuration errors, or third-party service dependencies does not qualify for refunds.
