Welcome to Unicuebox (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website (unicuebox.com) or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

We deliver comprehensive Information Technology and technology-as-a-service solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Technology as a Service (TaaS) — end-to-end IT support under subscription contracts

  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) — scalable cloud compute, storage, networking, and backups

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) — licensed cloud applications like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe, Autodesk, Tally, and more

  • Managed Services — 24×7 monitoring, security, IT operations, and compliance oversight

  • Consulting Services — technology assessments, change management, cybersecurity, data analytics strategy

  • Platform as a Service (PaaS) — SAP on cloud, SMS and communication services, domain registration & web hosting, automation integrations

Services may be delivered remotely, onsite, or via digital platforms.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business requirements, timely access and approvals, and comply with applicable regulations.

3. Payments

All fees are due as per agreed terms — subscription, advance, milestone, or usage-based — and processed through authorized payment gateways.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any service claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service engagement.

5. Service Delivery & Digital Fulfilment

Most services offered by Unicuebox are delivered digitally, remotely, or through cloud platforms. Physical delivery of goods, where applicable, is subject to third-party logistics and manufacturer policies.

No physical shipment is involved for SaaS, cloud services, consulting, managed services, SMS services, domain registration, or hosting services.

6. Advance & Partial Payments

Certain services may require advance or partial payments prior to service initiation. Once such services are provisioned, configured, or activated, the corresponding fees shall be deemed earned and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

7. SMS & Communication Services Compliance

Customers using SMS, messaging, or communication services provided by Unicuebox acknowledge that:

  • Compliance with TRAI, DLT, and applicable telecom regulations is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Template approvals, sender ID registrations, and recipient consent must be completed prior to message delivery.

  • Unicuebox shall not be responsible for message failures caused by regulatory non-compliance.

8. Service Suspension & Abuse

Unicuebox reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of:

  • Misuse or abuse of services

  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations

  • Non-payment of dues

  • Activities that may cause reputational, legal, or operational risk

9. Export & Cross-Border Services

Certain services may be delivered to customers located outside India. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, data regulations, and export control requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.

10. Eligibility & Restricted Use

Services are intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B) use. Unicuebox does not support activities related to illegal, restricted, or regulated industries unless explicitly agreed in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
